What is Direct Repair?

When you are involved in an accident, you bring your car in for an estimate.  That estimate is sent to your insurance company, and the insurance company sends out an estimator.  The estimator looks at your car and writes his own estimate.  The two estimates are compared and when the your insurance company and the repair facility agree, your parts are ordered, and your repair scheduled.  This process generally takes from one to four days, regardless of which repair facility you use.

If a repair facility has built a reputation for honest and reliable estimating, they can be placed on a particular insurance company's Direct Repair list.  That means that when you bring your car in for an estimate, the insurance company doesn't send out an estimator.  Basically, if we are a participant in your insurance company's Direct Repair program, we can write the estimate, file it electronically, order your parts and schedule your vehicle for repair - while you wait!

No matter who your insurance company is, we will fix your car.  Not all insurance companies even offer Direct Repair.  But, if your insurance company is on our list, you get an added bonus!  And who couldn't use a bonus?
